Just got a quick Q for anyone that can help ~ I recently got a prepaid visa gift card and registered it with paypal. I was wondering about that $1 they charge you for puttin' a card on...do you get that $1 back or not; and if so, how long do you have to wait till you get it back? '~,o

I am sure that $1 is a fee that is non-refundable.
