How much can i sell these for in stall?

What I like to do is if I want to sell quick, i'll look in the stall network and if lets say something I got is selling for 1m. I'll sell for 900-950k. If you want to sell but don't mind stalling for days, just sell for the average to a bit pricey and when people aren't stalling much of those elements and people need them, they will buy them either way.
