I come out of the game from a bad attempt at grinding, I browse the forums and check out SRO's for a little bit and stand amazed by this post.
This is the most intelligent and interesting post I have seen on the official forums in a long time. Maybe things are changing, maybe not.

This is by (Xian)BlueBer in response to a complaint directed towards Joymax and the community:

I do not see any contradiction Ideaman to your previous post.

Coffee Guy is referring to iSRO and its services for multiple countries.
Morningdew is referring to the countries with individual services.

These are 2 separate conversations and you are not talking to them both at the same time.
I think you are just trying to give them a hard time and posting a confidential conversation for the public is rather arrogant when asked not to do so.

They licensed SRO in multiple Asian countries because that is who wanted it and that is who they are partners with. Are you surprised all their partners are in Asia? They are only getting the game its own service’s in multiple countries close to home.

But the rest of the world may have not heard of or care to license SRO.
And it was Joymaxs plan to get it out to the English speaking market and other languages if need be.

They either didn’t get anyone that wanted to take a partnership for them or found that running it close to home just like the rest of their licensed SROs was best, they are a new MMO company you know. They do not have years of money or experience doing this.

So kSRO and iSRO are handled by the same company-country, because they can keep a close eye on them. vSRO, jSRO etc. are licensed by partners and handled by a different team. The only thing kSRO really does is send them updates and go over the overall strategy with them if that much.

So you see they have iSRO by themselves because they did not get other countries interest and it was their choice. Neither was any big company trying to get SRO. Germany SRO or SRO America or anything. Maybe the players want it from these countries, but not a specific company.

They probably know little about the international market as they are a New MMO company and using iSRO to learn and evolve.

You ever think of that? With the opening of the USA office, I think they are slowly developing iSRO into an equally strong service compared to kSRO and the rest.

Keep contradicting morningdew and trying to yell and complain giving us a hard time and Joymax. But all it does is make you sound really rude, like an impatient little boy.

I am surprised morningdew even cared to spend some of her time to help you out.

And in regards to the little service they do, I do not think the USA staff can do as much as you guys want them to immediately.

At the very least they are on our side and want the same changes, is that not enough?

Give them a chance and give yourself some patience. At least stop challenging them. It is annoying and very rude.

Remember guy’s constructive criticism and if you have noting nice to say, why even bother?

Be hopeful for SRO or quit and leave, or sue them, just stop killing the community.

-Sorry for posting so much but with the current forum delay, I do not want to wait 10mins.

hmmm, so JM opened a US office, but it's still under the ones handling kSRO? takes time to communicate things especially if it's from two opposite points in the world, aside from the geographical aspect, it can still affect teh speed of decision making. but yeah, i till agree that if you like the game enough t spend, tehn might as well take that extra step and let them do their job.

and REASON, sigh.

Well the thing is that, all GM actions are handled in Korea, so those who keep shouting at MorningDew to ban bots, they can only do one thing currently. They report this to Korea, and then Korea will look into it.

The JoyMax US office still has limited "power", however you must remember its just starting, and its still Hiring and training personel. When this Office fully opens and is allowed to do all things that the Korea office does, im sure we will see a significant decrease in Bots. With GMs cleaning servers 1by1

Things might move faster if the immature players would stop being so set on CCFing and botting and just breaking the rules, as of now they have to babysit us. Yet most people they dont look at the other in the community to blame they just blame it on whoever they feel like it. lol but we all know when CCFing and botting will end
