Yeah, recently Joymax has been banning people left and right for ip changes on accounts. You can check the official forums on it too, there are tons of posts about "why did I get banned?" Even just suggesting it gets a ban, its pretty crazy >_<

I think thats just one thing they used to investigate if the account has been sold, the must do a few other things. Joymax doesnt really say much on how they do anything, and when you ask them, all they say is "We don't have to tell you." I think it has to do with email changes, name changes, and secret answer changes happening along with the ip adress change.
