European to SilkRoad?

I heard that there is beta version of SilkRoad what countains European, is that right? If it is when it'll come to other players?

And one question how to get face to that circle left from hp/mp bar.

if no face shows up in the circle, it is your video card, and there is currently no fix for that. srry.
