It's not exactly new. And from what I understand that is the lottery ticket, you later take it to the lottery machine and you get your free prize. Some times you get something definitely worth it, some times you don't.

You take it to this thing pretty cool what they have. Seen it while playing.

the 250 Silk item is the Premium Gold ticket thingy.

Same as regular gold time -
except new additions.. if I can remember this off the top of my head:

- Once per day, you can use 100% res scroll
- Three times per day, you can use Instant return
- Three times per day, you can use Reverse return
- 5% increase in damage
- 5% damage reduce
- 5% increase in Hit ratio
- 5% incease in dodging
- Item reinforcement probility 5% increase ?
- Alchemy probility 5% increase
- Increase street stall use?
- Premium quest possibility?

ya its the Premium Gold ticket the lottery is the yellow orange thing they almost look the same.

it said 250 so i toght its 250 silk lol

the lottery tickets cost like 15 silk the 250 silk item is the Premium Gold ticket.

they dont ccf in korea, or a lot lesser than in iSRo at least ^^
