man, the first time i read the post on sro.net, I just burst out with laughter. War against bots!!! LMAO. it sounds so corny. Then I checked the website again, and "second and third" waves of soldiers were launched. LMAO

That said, i think finally, all these bot related posts will finally stop, and with this huge key addition to the game finally ended; JM will have more time to work on that Euro update weve all bin waiting for.

All i got to say, is that with this major update, JM managed to shut all the mouths of the company's critics. GR8 JON JM!!!

Now only if they fixed they graphics problem caused by the TY event patch. :D

Haven't seen any bots on Eldorado banned yet though... Not the player bots anyway. Dunno about the gold bots.

Even if they Don't ban all the botters at once, at least we know that they're trying.

yeh bots wil come back but if JM has measures of repelling them over and over they will see there is no point, i mean come on the programs are soo complex now next step up will be human grinding (ie powerleveling services)

I know several cyber cafes here who employ people to do grinding for them, and then sell the stuffs to parties interested.

Guys, you're all being pessimists. The important thing is, JoyMax is doing something about the botting issue. Sure some of them may decide to come back..but as bots? Maybe for some..but the ones who payed for their Bot Hours to hit level 6x or 70, I'm not too sure. Why risk getting banned twice for the same crime? ..Not only is it a waste of time, but also a waste of money.

Although this move may not completely eradicate the bot population, it will certainly decrease it on a large scale. I for one, is finally tipping my hat to JoyMax and whoever is responsible for this movement.
