People have said the other versions of SRO are fixed at maximum 100% balance. Is this true?
If that is true, do you think iSRO eventually have that maximum also? Reason being the recent modifications to fanning series and castle shield. If they are willing to change an entire skill to match, will they eventually cap the balance?
