2nd...I can wear it in 2 lvls
3rd....IVE NEVER EVER GOT AN SOS, not even in isro

1st-it is a garment>armor maybe  cus i have a garment lv l21 armor>it gives the same m/p def
2nd >15 is parry ratio>excuze me ))
3rd-thatsa very good to have ??? instead of INT or STR>u are getting more clever with ??? everywhere))
