anyone else getting lag with the Korean servers? its as bad as ECSRO was

Wow. I logged in on a hunch and yep, intense lag. I click on the ground and my character keeps shifting between 2 very different locations. Like 30 feet from where I am and then back. Annoying.

I'm noticing the lag more with pvp. I can move around fine, but when trying to use successive skills, like kd, stab, stab, nuke. It lags like in between each skill...

I wonder if the reason they put the USA server was to draw people in USA away from Korean servers so they could remove some of the Strain. if so, they need to allow a Free Character Transfer..
