Hunter appearance?

How do you change the appearance of the hunter identity card?
I remember back in 07 you could just buy the 5-pointed blue hunter card, but I'm a level 2 hunter now, and I still only have the green 3- point. any help?

joymax removed it from npcs, so the only chance is stallnetwork --> players
try to global or so

Yup, and if your in a pretty new server, there arent any special flags at all.
