Does anyone know what the AP button means in the thief job temple?

Ok so AP means advanced placement. What is it for or do? Is it a rating for your guild/union or is it just for you as an individual? I'm loving the sp quests in there and averaging around 4k AP points a day, but would like to understand more of what its about. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

AP is for the uniques .... the side (green for traders / hunters, orange for thieves) w/ the most get to go into the specific rooms to kill the uniques ....once they spawn, the AP's decrease

Sad that at one point in iSRO history AP ment Arrange Points.. those were good days

AP on Aion means Abyss Points, is just coincidence >_>
