Hey guys, i'm a lv105 glavier.
atm 105 heuksal, 105 fire, 105 cold (cold/fire/heuk build)
I'm thinking about reskilling to 110 heuksal, 110 fire, 90 light, 20 cold...
but I don't know if it's a good idea..
I would get 67 parry from lv90 lightning (34 from buff and 33 from passive). Would that help a lot? Is it better than having ~300 more phy def? i'm wearing prot set btw

I say go for it....If you are a full str then having 300 less defense wont matter because your defense is already high.

You can always go garm to get more def for int chars. I'd stay with ice and just buy drugs, use trigger scrolls when you're in a team fight or what ever.

In general, enemy hit ratio >> your parry ratio. Why? Because it's easier to have a weapon with + max blue hit ratio than to have 6 pieces of armor with max blue hit ratio.

Parry ratio is only effective when it's greater than hit ratio at least 60 point.

Im thinking to do the opposite, drop light for cold. The extra 367 def at lv.102 or 474 def at lv.110 makes a huge difference. With my nova +10 bow it was about 4-5k less dmg on a full nova prot set after he put on his cold buff. The only thing stopping me is the SP but i think i will do it anyways and leave such skills as the new hawk at lv.1, new fire wall lv.1, not max kb...

Pros vs. Cons: The parry isnt all that great, the mag dmg helps a bit but i much rather take the 5k less dmg, you can buy speed, BUT the phantom walk is irreplaceable. If i drop light i will really miss that skill as it helps so much especially for bowers. Either way you will have 20% snow ( no higher for str ) so that doesn't matter.

No doubt the parry...

But you dont need lightning for it..

I was on 100 Cap in protector i had a Full +6 set, FB and all parry whites OVER 60+ some 80%-90% and obviously blues was maxed.. i had 527 Parry without any buffing help.. with a trigger i had 666 and in a fair 1v1 i was unkillable.. but i am also a dual build who was good at switching.. i'll always remember 100 cap.. i was one of the best pvp'ers on the server and 0 SoX!

Jsut try to make a VERY VERY high white parry.. or atleast buy clean and try to + them easilly..!

So even as a blader at 110 -110 blade/fire, 80 light/30 cold- its better to drop light for cold and farm another 900ksp?

Pach/Bich is a hella good build. Debuff when enemies get close, than wall, kb spam, strong, anti, explosion. With the debuffs and crit... would be hella easy to kill. For pure range characters like xbow or wiz, just stick to the bow. It's a good build, hardly pointless.

With Bich/Heuk, you'd be great only when ur opponent is standing in front of you.

Can you hit me with a Blade if you're in an fire wall wall, and i'm a glaiver attacking without imbue?

Can you kill a bower if he just kb spams?

Can you kill something you can't hit?
