there are 2 different head armors. one is a hat or helmet and the other is sorta like a crown but its not visable

How about this? I only got about a third of them, there were still tons running around.

You're right, it's very wierd because the visible robe hat doesn't drop THAT often enough for all of them to get it. It's almost as if they were created at that level and came with those hats.
