There is the upcoming hotan fortress, what do you all think about this?

Oh ok, and no it's not. Yeah its 99% of 90 +, but lower levels can help Little buffs can go a huge way.

Well when i played on venus with the avalon union, the high levels killed everyone and the low level people destroyed the command posts ^^. That tatic worked pretty nice. But having another fortress in such deserted servers is a waste of time, theres not enough ppl to fight.

Then people QQ'd about NB and Fly and such, alliances were broken and there was hell on venus.
