I was wondering is there a formula out there to calculate how much damage will a certain monster inflict on you? I have seen many people interested in calculating the damage done by a player, but no one wanted to seek out how much damage would you take on fighting a certain monster. If someone has it or like to share some ideas, please don't hesitate to post. I did some searching but with no success.
Regards, cooler.

I'm pretty sure u can also use the formula for damage done by players for damage done by mobs. since sro.mmosite and such have attack numbers from monsters with a percentage, just like player skills. u only gotta find it.

i think this would be an extremely hard task to do because of all the factors that determine the damage dealt such as armors phy and mag defense, parry, the type of attack mean ing phy or magic and player buffs. but if someone could actually figure out the formulas for it it would help a lot in determining what mobs you can handle without the risk of dieing

By the time you have calculated it, you are already logged in and you can just go to the mobs..

Choose a mob, find its skill power. Post your defense and absorption. Then with my intelligence, I'd help you to decode the dmg formula
