When will a new server pop?

Do you guys know ( or make an estimate ) on when a new serve could pop?
Is there a pattern joymax takes every year?

Because i have 60$.. that i want to spend on a new server that will come out fresh. Not apollo, i mean like extra fresh

Why don't you just join the server that just opened up? Cause it might be awhile until a new one appears.

bro, maybe 2-3 months from now... because they open up another server only when they roll in money... and yeah...
