We are sorry for the inconvenience. We assure you that we'll do our best to help you out with your concern. Choppiness during the game such as lag can be caused by various internal elements.
As an example, hardware and system-related problems can cause choppiness. That is, problems can be caused by your PC's CPU, memory, graphics driver, etc. As well, the operational environment of the PC, the internal server problems and the extremely high number of users etc. can cause lags.
Examples of lag causes:
1.Virus and/or malicious code -> Solution: Scan and cure. 2.Overloading and crashing due to multiple application programs -> Solution: Minimize the number of applications running. 3.Internet line speed delay -> Inquire of internet service provider

The causes mentioned above are given as an example. Identification of a precise cause is difficult as there can be a variety of reasons.
Please optimize your PC and confirm the system requirements for the game before playing the game.
* It is also possible that your networking device (router and/or modem) is having some technical issues * We'll take note of the problem and check the system too for any technical difficulties.
they are implying that they cant log in for you and are diagnosing your problem of not being able to log in... i think.
not a "JOYMAX FAIL" worthy, but a "hmm?" expression would suffice.
pls read again i asked them to login and activate prem but asnwered me what makes lag i am sure some1 made mistake( they are humans too) for me its no big deal but still........

After reading the reply, only thing I can think of is that they`re using automatic reply to those letters... I mean, wtf? If they would read it, they would have anwsered bout his problem, not lag... -.- Even if they`re korean or w/e, its a simple english... Log in... Lag? =\ I hope the owner of Silkroad 2 wont be JoyMax.. Or at least they`ll do much more then they`re doing here -.-

I m guessing this is how they reply. They have a list perhaps 100's of draft emails. They check the recieved email, see which draft suits the question the best, and then forward it. As simple as that.
Or then they are using somekind of message bot wich sends reply to the player (or who ever send the e-mail) and it is based on the google tranlater so that would explain so weird messages. Log in = Lagging
Joymax tells us not to use 3rd party software, and they are using it themselves. Wonder what GameMasters are doing if 3rd pt software does their work??

You think thats an excuse? Let's assume there are 10,000 real players who use the Premium support, in a year. Thats around 28 per day, and they need automated responses for that?
Blizzard, Owner of World of Warcraft, a game with 15million players around the world answer every support ticket in person and actually talk to you and resolve your problems, in person. Let's imagine that every one of those 15 million subscribers sends a help ticket once a year, that's around 41,096 per day.
And Joymax cant cope with that? What a pathetic joke of a company.

Pretty sad how they can make a blatent error like that if it's true. Can't be that hard to say "No we do not log into peoples accounts for any reason
