If you cheat in other games as you do in Silkroad, I suggest you stop gaming all-together. No matter what excuse you have for gaming, you are just going to look back and see how wasteful it all was. She helped the forum by actually answering the questions it was no matter of security or not as you would have noticed most people already created a forum account just to ask stuff since the rumors spread good and were actually right (not everyone was smart enough to do this and that is a shame from both sides)

besides knowing that most forumers are kids is another reason for her not to post this stuff if it really was fake, kids don`t give a crap even if they know she is right they would flame if they did not get their sosun, and once again this has nothing to do with professionalism but with dedication.
If you actually loved your work that great you would understand her and maybe have faced the same, there is a difference in working for your wallet or working just cause you love the stuff you are doing and wanting everything to improve, when you reach that point you wont even notice you are overworking till it is too late...this has once again NOTHING to do with professionalism.

I have not seen joymax use tht mass banning system since last year, why don't they use that more often? Maybe if they did it like once a week on maint there would prob be a decline in botters, people would prob stop botting if some major botters actualy got baned from that. See, that's a thing joymax COULD do right now but there not why? I don't know i'm not joymax and I don't do the decisions but if they did do that, it would help alot.

Ever since they stopped banning mass botters they've come back alot and servers getting crowded again. I wouldn't call this descussion a wine like some people thing, people are expressing their feelings about the game through a debate, anyone who doesn't understand I don't give a dam kthxbi. But on the sro side I can understand why so little get's done, very little staff there are like 10+ servers to have to monitor and we don't know how many people are actualy working on this game all together, but how hard can it be to find "qualified" people to join a company.

I'm sure it's not as hard as dew is letting on, theres many people in america that could join that company or even move to korea if they were passionate about it, and advertising it more would help to, not just on the website, if anyone in america's seen advetisements outside of the site, fine, that's my bad I din't know but otherwise I don't think it's that much advertised.

IMO I think overall this game look's like it doesn't have the amount of staff to run something big like this has become, and they need to work on that, drastically, but they should also use what they have to improve the service, like that thing to ban botters, I don't know why there sending people to investigate botters now, I thought that's what that new thing's job was to do? Why not?O.o Sometimes you just need to reach out to your users to make them understand. Anyway, MorningDew is a GM and people are like always calling out to GMs to respond to their cries. GMs are like the voice of Joymax, our connection to the people who run the company, so it's natural for them to post & communicate to the people. If you're talking about the emotion an employee is showing, I'd say that's not in any way wrong or unprofessional. Sometimes we just really need to express ourselves before we lose our minds due to a mountain of problems and pressure. All they're asking for is "pls bear with us at the moment".

And i didn't say we don't need to complain about anything, I even made that clear on my first post that there's really something to complain about, in fact, there are many things >.< MorningDew is just posting that to assure the users or give an explanation of why it's not that easy. I think that's not very difficult to understand if you're a sensitive person. Or atleast you realize how tough that kind of work could be.

Let's just be contented that we're atleast seeing some improvements now. That only shows they're indeed doing something. At least. . .

My IGN isn't suppose to be in english, it's 'Đuro' (don't know if you see Croatian letters). Since on SRO I couldn't write 'Đ', I used Jew, which sounds like 'Đu'. And with added 'ro' it's Jewro. Doesn't mean anything, it's an old Croatian name.
