11 is. 21% reduce. You'll need 20% on all your gear though, but that's not that bad.

"21 effect reduce" is the same as 21%? Always confused me... Since some effects are like "Effect 150"..

Yea, it is % based. They just left out a percent sign.

It maxes at 78% reduce, lv68.

i dont think so, i think it is counted other way. U get effect like 150, than u have reduce on accesory for example 50% so it is 75effect and than u make 75- your fire buff= xxx
So it is not percent, it just refuce effect.

not really, when we have to download full install clients every major update anyways, its adding extra data making the files larger when there are things not in use

oh nice man~

But how could you extract the pk2 files in the legend 4 client.

When i try to install the new client it says something like "only available when legend 4's officially released", so anyone can install it now?

yea theres a way to install it now, something about renaming your silkroad folder to silkroad2...im sure theres more to it than that but its possible.

Some missed ones.

1.) Getting Exchange update (the one from ksro w/ Picture etc)
2.) Few modifications to the user interface, some names bigger etc.
3.) Not sure about this, but it seems they moved the apprentice (academy ?) window to the main chat gui ?

Drew_Benton, at one point, released a way to install new updates before the day of release. Dunno if that file would be allowed here tho.

Yeah sorry I meant Fire 11. Yeah level 2 fire shield book 1 is the lowest fire shield you can go for total immunitys with 20% on each accessory..

Damm looks like its going to be fire 11 then, which means I will lose capped ice phy def buff and level 90 and 100 cold passives... not good.

But you cant pvp without freeze frostbite immunitys, as soon as the person you pvp finds out your screwed.

Well these potions were on konpaku at one point as well as str and int potions but cant access that specific page atm.

But this person has 100 spear, 99 light, 90 ice, and 11 fire. If most nukers are willing to drop 1 level of their lightning nukes/imbue for their lvl 90 passive Ice, it's not that bad.

the client contacts the server to check the date then the server tells it the date and if it is pasted the date for the update then it runs the install files if not it pops up that message.

so can you decompile the file or figure out what the client needs to receive back to start the install.

Ha, I want the 110cap now.

Ints are done.

Higher mag balance means snow is more important, so high cold will be needed. Light is your attacks. Light110/cold100/blade90? Blade90 won't KD lv110 people.

On-Topic, looks like the event was a good indication of the release date, nice find. Although the people saying "duh, the event says it, must be 17th", are wrong for making that assumption since 90 cap event started a few weeks after the cap. It was a correct guess, but not based off much.

Can't wait. :)

my first post was what? 3days ago? im in a different mood now then i was then. mostly because everyone i talk to latly has been trying to tell me how to play this game and basicly im a dumbass for making my own build that i think will be fun and good for what i want it to do. and im sick of explaining myself to everyone.
