I'm sorry to hear that. That's the reason I don't trust anyone in the game. I don't buy anything unless it's in the stall network. There's just way too many scammers out there.
People like that are just really pathetic. I can't understand why some people don't even care at all how they treat others. But I'm a strong believer in karma, so what goes around comes around.

This game has no morals, the gms dont care, and some of its player base does crazy stuff to see just how much they can really get away with, and its amazing what they can and do actually get away with. I am sorry for your lose, my char was hacked once and my whole D6 SoM+5 farming set was stolen from me, I continued to play on a euro char, so try another char, maybe a different server and see what happens? but none-the-less best of luck in whatever you do decide to do. =]

players should have respect for each other and not have to worry about being scammed, but it does happen because sro has no repercussions for players misdeeds. Atleast in the real world most of the badguys get caught. sro has no police they dont even have gms for that matter really.

handing over sun is not how trading is done. I could of probably done a lot better when when talking about "myself" by saying I'm 21 years old female *googles for a hot 21 yr old chick with nice breast * if you wanted to know more about me I could of given you my msn and send you one of "my" pictures **sends a picture of a hot 21 year old chick** you would probably be drooling over "my" picture and just accept the trade immediately . Don't trust any1 over the internet (at least when something of value is at staked), many times people are not who they claim they are.

(not being stereotypical but I am...) Same... Thats exactly what I would have done. These days I dont even trade with anyone from the UAE or turkish players. Every time I've tried they try to pull something even with items as simple as elements. Btw I dont see why you couldn't trade your Sun items in an exchange window with 970 mil for the sun instead of stalling then exchanging.

Should of bought something from him (ie +7 weapon worth 600-700m) for that price then exchanged all three items for the sun. Never, EVER trust ANYONE regardless of who they are. Just be happy you didn't lose 'that' much.

Oh yeah, wootpops. Well which leader?
There was Joker, the head leader of Sons of Thunder (WoW and Silkroad), then there's Wanwan who took leadership after a bunch of people leaving. Then people came back, well some (like me), and then Wanwan disappeared and I took leadership. Thereafter the guild died.
Those who can play Silkroad are playing WarCraft.
The guild was like a "fore fathers" leadership. Where the beginning members of the guild were 'leaders.'

You should, this game is shit. CTF is buggy and sucks, Fortress is buggy and sucks, cape pvp is boring and sucks, job system is ruined and sucks, economy is farked beyond belief, each day more and more Farking bots taking up space.
That's why I quit this game, I am like really, not even my friends in this game can keep me playing. Not to mention that I can't stand to spend so much time in a video game, I'd rather live my life than spend 1000's of hours living my life through a character.

How about not relying on suns? I see that most of the other players seem to get along just fine without it.

Anyway, I quickly closed the exchange window after ending the process and turned off exchange request in the options. Needless to say - I rarely accept trades from people I dont know, and changed my PW just to be safe. I haven't really seen anything like that since then (it was maybe 8 months to a year ago.) -- On topic - heh. Never trust anyone in game. Learned that a few times the hard way myself (albeit, not with nearly 1.5-2bil worth of stuff.)
