One of my guildmates got today a SOS spear lv32... =( good for him, but Ive been waiting for a drop like that for quite a bit, specially since I do use Spear.

Completely random. You could go months w/o a sos drop and you could get 2 sos drops in 1 week or 3 sos drops in 1 grinding area (both have happend to me)

I got my first drop at 18 then didnt get another one till 35 then got 2 drops in one day at 45. Wierd

I found my first Sos drop from a giant bandit at level 22,and the second minutes after a giant white tiger.

Then the well dried up..

For a SOM bow lv8 you sold it really cheap, people sell low level sos bows for absurdly high prices =p

And then again, am i lucky or what? so i told my guildmates to farm, then he reach some 1k sp like that, he got an SOS bow lvl 16. !! not fair!!

Maybe its the system or characters achievement in sp farming i think. sceptical conclusion.

but im rich now.

I'm level 70 and 34 have been playing since December 2nd of 2005 (yeah 1 year 1 month) and have never gotten an SOS drop on neither of my 2 characters.

My girlfriend started a new character twice, and both times she got 2 SOS drops before level 16. My guildmate also started a new character and has gotten 8 SOS drops since level 20 and he's not even level 54 yet.

I'm level 72 and haven't got any sos.

On my level 28 alt I did get som shoes at bandits and sos shoulders at hungo ghosts.

My first sos drop took me about..4-5 months? Lvl 32 sos shield. Within 2 weeks of getting that, I got female lvl 25 som garment talisman..both were from hyeongcheons. I was around lvl 32 when I got shield, lvl 40ish when I got talisman.

I got my 2nd one today!! Muahahahaha!!!

My first was at lvl18. Got a lvl16 SOS glavie.

Then today at lvl43, I got a lvl45 SOS garment hood.

It's totally random.

some characters find multipe sos, others find NONE. i seem to agree that there is some pattern, ive lvled up to 60+/70+ in multiple servers and still notice that pattern, even with guildies. my lvl72 has found none, while in another server my lvl 33 char has found nearly 10 of em Oo

You get a SOS drop when it happens, you dont have to post here saying " WHEN DO WE GET IT!? ZOMG CANT WAIT " There are some high levels that never even got close to the point where they got an SOS drop, and I dont see them complaining.
