Hey guys, I've made a return to fembria but seeing iSRO no different from when I left it is pretty sad imo. Full of goldbots, more money-sucking item mall stuff.

Anyways, was wondering what would YOUR version of Silkroad Online look like? Like XP rates, events, quests, jobs. Things that would ultimately make SRO the best MMO

Personally I think SRO needs lore. Something like a legendary bandit or some conflict involving the Silk Road would raise interests to actually complete the quests instead of "Hey! I heard those Niya Snipers had bones! Get me 9000 of them will you?"

It'd be sexy if SRO ever had something like WoW fractions vrs fractions. Like Chinese vrs Euro. Granted, they'd have to make chins more powerful otherwise they'd get pwned 24/7 but still. It's be sexy :twisted:

God too many fixes to really acknowledge them all.

In Game GMs for sure. Fixed economy. Fixed Sun rate. Fixed XP/SP rates. Fixed SP needs. I can't even think f everything.

Events: hmm GM fights in dw or jangan, firework, banning the goldbots totally every day, fixing sundroprate, fixing the ingame bugs :p
Quests: more quests in which you have to interact with npcs like that quest in this video

Adding a NPC trader that goes on trade run every 6hrs ( or anything depending on what ppl want ) and increasing the amount of cargo someone could carry would revive the game imo.

The thing about the inactive triangle conflict is that the amount involved is really too little for anyone to bother.

Bots ban etc wont happen anytime soon so we'll have to leave with it.

Make the game actually revolve around the triangular conflict system.

If they made an honor system for the triconflict, it would be much more alive. When jobbing, you get points that you can spend for job related gears, or maybe even skills. With that, you'd have an actual Silk Road.

Wish they'd fix the automatic scrolling on chat and the right window, so you can see what you got or what someone said. Let archers have stacks of like 500 arrows. You can move a character to another server for X amount of cash with a limited # of moves you can make within a year - 6 months or so on. Auction house implemented, would greatly reduce lag and traffic. OH and make it so you don't get raped by a npc thief/hunter wiz in euro territory.

Much cheaper silk items.
an actual costumer support instead of that dumb copy-paste premium email crap.
bigger map.
more gear.
more character customization.
Joymax selling SRO to a normal company and finally going to hell.
exp/sp x5 rate.
more drops.
sun is almost impossible to get.
no bots what so ever.
chinese characters can pt with euros.
more events.
no plvling(grind on ur own you lazy bitches).
NO GOD DAMN TRAFFIC.
being able to freeze your tickets/pets time.
GMs.
bigger spawn rate.
more builds/skills.
mounts.
scamming = ban
i can keep going for ages i think thats enough though. xD

So far out of all ideas, the current state of the game is the best financially. When it comes to owning a company, you wouldnt sacrifice a lot of money just to make a few ppl happy. I think JM are running things fine, now with their new magic pop system, all they have to do is sit back and let the money roll in. Therefore, if i were in charge, i wouldnt change a damn thing.

I see what you did there....

Still though, if I could get my hands on a private server or something; I'd definitely put that to good use, 100 cap, 100% more exp and sp rate, better yet, you'd start off with 1M SP right off the bat and just not have the general bullshit that iSRO now has.

I'm considering quitting iSRO because of the fact that since there is a shitload of Wizards in Odin (besides myself of course), everyone and their Mom now has SOSUN staffs 10th degree. Retarded imo.

Definitely need active GMs in-game every day. I want to be able to send a message to a GM and actually get a response back. Wouldn't it be great if when you see a bot, you could /msg [GM]PR0METHEUS, and I'd teleport right to you and instantly ban that bot on the spot? :P

More events would be good.

More interesting quests. Maybe one NPC would have you do a quest where you have to rob another NPC or something. That NPC gets pissed and goes ballistic on the entire town, basically turning into a mini unique that the town has to work together to take down.

Granted, if the people taking that actual quest kill the blacksmith NPC, then that NPC would no longer be available. Maybe there'd be a new NPC that would refuse to sell to you for a while, and you have to resort to robbing them (getting caught by the Jangan Police) or something.... ok maybe I'm getting off the deep end here... just make it interesting.

The GMs could drop Tiger Girl or Yarkan in Jangan every now and then just for fun.

I still think low level players need some place, like caves perhaps, that they can get into, but maybe lvl 40+ can't enter. It would give low levels something new and interesting to do so they're not compelled to get plvled just so they can get to the 'fun part of the game.'

Let low levels have an area that they can do trade runs that are lvl 40- or so, but smaller rewards. They'd have to trade in the 'real SRO world' to get the good rewards.

full map with special mob spawns, not like in cave at lv 99 mobs, but even for mangyangs or chakji or whatever like special spawns, 10-20 at one point.

why does most play isro lol, there are cSRO, vSRO, tSRO which have the same updates, same cap and more events and GMs... If you think language is a barrier, there's always a way to make everything english

Make Chinese and European characters equal or just have one kind of group of classes.

Item Mall prices lowered down.

More character customization and gear.

Increase exp/sp rate to 7x.

Im Turkish, i was pvpin my own lvl then a lvl 90 USA guy kept killing me when i spawned and i asked him why he attacked me and his response was "coz ur Turkish". We could easily say the same stuff to you, to them, your spittin stuff in your own language so stfu and stop whining.

People are lazy to try and figure out how to register, change language. And possible lag, and playing with a majority of people speaking a language they don't have the language pack for.

Also, they're probably 2x better than anyone in Isro, (I wonder if Chinese Gold farmers for WoW play SRO for practice)

Also, how do Niya soldiers in cSRO and other skeleton mobs look like? I heard they took out Saphirron from the intro screen of WoW since there's something about bones in the Chinese Culture and they also patched up the Undead to be more of a zombie then risen dead.

I'm American, but I'm with you all the way there. It annoys me when I hear people whining "OMG a Turk!" Actually racism in general annoys me. We're all of the same species. We shouldn't hate someone just becuase they're Turkish or American or Yugoslavian or Hispanic or have green hair.
