Apparently it's dropped by Roc and can be equipped by both races. At least, that's what I could tell from Google translator. It sounds like they also nerfed Roc a bit, and opened up his drops instead of assigning them to one player.

i disagree i like the 10D prot on the male the best... unfortunately i changed my main to female so that i could wear the avatar that dropped for me : (

If you think about it. There are probably going to be standard sets for whatever level this is set to come out on. These are probably some kind of exceptional suit that can only be received piece by piece for killing roc. And can be warn in place of the existing standard sets, by both races. No real need to make this into some massive conspiracy/complaintfest.. But then again, I forget where im at.

Those are the special drops from Bird Roc. - They are marked Seal of Sun. - They are 6 sort in total: (head, shoulder, chest, leg, hands, boots) - Displays effect on head and shoulder. (In case of Robe, effect on only shoulder) - There is no difference between Chinese and European characters in appearance. - They are exchangeable, trade-able. storage-able, drop-able, alchemy-able.
By default, those items have the following options, which can be changed by further alchemy: - STR 6 (+100%) - INT 6 (+100%) - Durabilty 160% (+100%) - Perry 60% (+100%) - Lucky (6times)
