So when your out there hardcore solo Chinese grinding when you happen upon a giant do you attack it even if another person already is? Or do you leave it alone and let them get the kill?

xKingpinx wrote: attack it of course I do the same. But I find it funny when people are like "No KS!" well of course I'm going to KS it. If it were a regular mob or a champ I'd probably leave it alone. But these people get all pissed off cause you attacked "Their" giant. It's stupid. So I was just wondering if I was the only person who ks'ed the living hell outa other people's giants. Glad to know that I'm not

if it is new spawn or most of hp i attack it, if under half i let other person have it (of course if he responses if i say hi, otherwise i assume bot and ks)
normally i dont ks people unless its bots, but giants i take as a free for all since it was meant to be a group fight to begin with

Years ago I'd say leave it, but now almost everyone is AFK.. so unless I KNOW that they're there I wouldn't attack it. or was it suppose to be would.. if they're handgrinding = don't attack.
There. when you can't put a simple sentence together that's a sign you should go to sleep.. k bye

Especially not when they're retarded enough to debuff it some more for me. *Edit* As a chi archer that is.

I check if its KS-able, if i can kill it and get the drops... i will. If its HP is down to a point that killing it doesn't earn me the item. I leave it alone.

i am lvl 76 wizard/cleric i do that Antinoke quest now (lvl 82-83 mobs) of cource i attack giants, when another already does, because in my server Roc Mountain is now only full of botters and i love to KS them it is very rare when somebody in my Roc anyway talks to you but when i see that someone really plays and talks to me, then i never ks only when he/she asking for help PS! I remember once in Niya Hunters there was bot plevel pt and i KS lvl 76 party giant alone when i was lvl 74. That was funny

I KS bots, not normal players. If the giant is almost death I don't attack, it's not worth the XP you get.

That extra 25k XP isn't going to make that much of a difference in the long run. However, if someone else tries to ks and we are partying, they usually don't stand a chance.

Why would you touch a mob that somebody else is already attacking giant or not... that is rather stupid.
Giants are the same as any other mob after like level 30 as they cant kill you and they are easy to kill, so its not like you are helping them its just pure idiocy. I would never attack any mob that somebody else is already attacking unless its a PT champ or pt giant and they arent in a pt with other people.
I annoys the piss out of me when somebody attacks a mob I have already started attacking before they even see it. If you are that hungry for a couple of thousand xp then its really sad.

Of course if it's a bot, and I actually want the giant, I'll KS it if I think I can handle it. Other than that, I just leave the giant alone. I'll often times ask the person if they need help. If yes, I'll help. If not, I'll move on. When I used to play my blader, if someone tried to KS me, I usually just spammed KD+stab and they would give up and go away. If I actually wanted/needed the help, then I let them KS me. Depends on my mood I guess, and the situation. One time I was on my blader doing an 8-man party with some friends and random people during a jewel box event. A party mujigi giant spawned and we started working on it. Some 64+ glaiver came by wanting to plvl his lvl 33ish friend in our spot and started KSing our giant. So I spammed KD+stab and eventually the glaiver went away. My party didn't seem to mind much that they couldn't attack. If I let the glaiver go, we probably wouldn't have gotten the kill anyway.
