You can get a pci slot dual fan card cooler. It is blue plastic and sits under your video card and blows 2 80mm fans onto the card. Its made by I think Vantec and is only like 15 bucks.

Haha yeah i somehow lvled with lag and logged off so the gfx card wouldnt explode
