Assimilation can be good

I've always heard that assimilation always turns out for the worst and that assimilation is bad.... here is one instacne where it was good.

even if it was only .5% increase

Best assimulation i known someone got was the crit on their spear got assimulated. Before it was crit 12 but it got assimulated to crit 14.

It was an assimulation. If im not mistaken the person was adding a blue attribute and it assimulated.
