Teleport and Return Scroll

When ever i try to use the dimensional gate to teleport to Downhang a blue thing on top of the screen will say: "The request could not be carried out"

Same thing happens when i try to use a return scroll.

Is everyone having this problem or is it just me....

Help would be very much appreciated
