You n00bs have no clue what yall are talking about.
first off, if you want to connect to sro server through a proxy you can't just use any proxy. You will need a SOCKS5 or equivalent proxy since it works with the tcp and udp protocol and it tunnels all the packets exceptionally well.

Little bit of friendly advise. If SRO will not let you connect to their servers there is little to no chance that even a proxy will help. Also no one has the IP's of SRO server. If you can get your hands on a server IP you could potentially hack that server's database. So asking for SRO server IP's will get you little to no responces. Just a little heads up. If the problem continues to persist I suggest you switch ISP's and get a new one. Best of luck.

You can indeed connect to SRO through a proxy. I know cause I hooked up a few people up with private proxies during the aldephia trouble.
And the SRO servers IP are usually 12x.x.x.x. They have a lot of IPs used for downloading patches and for their gaming servers. I think they run a few gaming servers on each physical server if I remember correctly.
One of the many ways to hack other people account is to intercept the packets sent from/to the server, and through the use of packet filtering/analysis, you can easily decode and reassemble all the information and get a person's login and password in clear text. You'd be suprised at how weak SRO security is.
