It's completley up to you wether you raise your light skills, but as for the Pacheon skills you mentioned, I have a few things to say:-

The hawk summon skill if not that useful, only to look "cool" in say, pvp or at other times where you would like to help yourself to stand out.

The Pacheon passive however is quite useful as it raises your attack rating if i'm not mistaken? This is always useful at higher levels so imo go for it.

Hope this helps.

well its personally id get the white hawk and passive. its rraises you att. rating meaning you att. faster which is always nice, an int hybtrid in my guilds dropped light to get blue hawk.

so if youve got a spare few level id say its worth it

attack rating =/= attack faster.

the hawk does the exact same thing.. increases attack rating...

You don't attack faster with the attack rating increase. The higher the att rating, the higher you'll hit on your physical att or mag att power. i.e. your weapon has 492-590 phys att power and 736-861 mag att power, you will hit towards the higher number of your respective build of int or str. With whatever buffs you have also. Hope that clears that up.

+18 attack rating is definitely not worth leveling bow. The amount is too insignificant to make a difference, and the price you pay outweighs the benefits. Trust me :)

Well this is what I think.

I wouldn't level my fire to 80, because when the cap is raised to 90, you have to delevel it back to 70 to raise your heuksal to 90. And all of you high levels know how much SP is needed to raise your mastery from 70-80, it's ridiculously high. And what about 80-90 later ?

70-80 = 20406 SP.
80-90 = 29680 SP.

My plan for this lv 80 cap would be: 80 Heuksal, 68 Ice, 69 light (LOL), 70 Fire. In total 287/300. 10 for Pacheon, to get its bird and passive. 18 AR and you have 3 free masteries left, you could use it to raise fire to 73 and delevel it back easily after the level cap raised to 90, 3 levels wont hurt that much.

But since you want to raise your fire to 80, please ignore me.

But how do you know that max lvl mastery won't increase with 90 cap?

But then if u plan having 300/300 with fire 70, 80 heuksal,... when the 90 cap comes u ll have to delevel too.

Well, i thought and IMO, this is what i should have with 90 cap: 90 keuksal, 80 fire, 68 cold aqnd 62 light. Thats 300/300. What do you think? Should i delevel something and get pacheon passive and summon hawk?

Yes, I'll delevel my pacheon which is only lv 10. At lv 90, I won't have any pacheon mastery left. Because for me, it doesn't matter.

But if you're really dying for it, sacrifice your ice and get pacheon instead. =)
Lv 68 Ice to lv 68 Pacheon. Some people did this.

No i think ice is more important rather than pacheon.

That doesn't matter. The other versions all have a 30 second cool down time on potions. They also have other features in older updates that we still don't have. So the fact that we get a completely different game means that they could always raise it.

Most players are immune to ice after 57. Some are immune before that. So ice is nothing but a low damage, no elemtental effect, imbue. Pacheon > ice

Im not talking about imbues, i mean cold the defense buff and passive. Whats better, getting those or pacheon passive and summin hawk¿

10 levels? Don't think that it matters that much, but do you need more defense or higher dmg?

Thanks for giving me ideas...I am also L65 and have same plan, but my cold is only 30 now...gotta delevel force a bit. I'm aiming for 80 heuk 80 fire 62 light and 68 cold for the 80 build - and 90 heuk 80 fire 62 light 68 cold for 90 build.

I would do light to 62 and put 10 on pacheon for now and get the passive and bird, cause i like to goof off with bow on trade runs and pop the lower npc thieves.

Besides, the bird is cool :) If you have a squirrel and mutt you look like Dr. doolittle with all those animals when you run through town or ride a horse.

:banghead: :banghead: What? But isnt it a % increase depending on the mastery? 70% phy dmg increase when using a heuksal weapon, 70% mag dmg increase when using fire imbue or fire nukes,...
