If you leave, you cant join a new guild for 3 days. But if you get kicked out can you join another one right away or gotta wait 3 days?

If you get kicked while offline, you can join when you log back in.

If you have the GM kick you out when you are logged of the game you wont have a 3 day ban, any other options will result in a 3 day ban though

Only if you're offline when you're kicked. If you're in game when you get kicked you still have to wait the 3 days. Unless they changed it with yesterday's update.
