You don't actually need to have any money on your paypal account at all to buy silk, ebay stuff or anything else with Paypal. If your account says £0.00 then it automatically draws it from your bank account instead which is connected to your paypal account.

If you had £5.00 on paypal and you bought something for £7.50 then it would first use the £5.00 and then use the secondary source (bank account) for the other £2.50.

It's good cuz transferring from bank to paypal can take 10 days sometimes when you don't even need to do it.

From what I remember you just go to the site, register your account, set up a bank account and verify it. They verify it by depositing a small amount in your bank like £0.50 or whatever which you have to go get a statement a few days after, you put the amount in and it verify's it, then you can use it.

You can register for an account without inputing any bank details or wateva. However to be verified you need to imput your bank details, once they have check that you are who you say you are you can buy stuff using the account.
