Yah I always have a Squirrel beside me. That's kind of ridiculous, but I play this game not to PvP, I just want to explore my game, that's why I never ever touch the PvP-Capes.
But sometimes I like to sit at Donhwang gate to see ppl burn pots , and other times I make stalls and go 2 sleep.

Crit is based on phy balance (double I think)

Int bow does garbage crits.

Spear has more magic attack than bow, when comparing weapons of equal status.

Bad crits, bad nukes, bad build.

Two Exceptions

- When comparing something like a SoS+7 bow to a lesser spear. Obviously, the mattack is going to be hideously high, and your nukes will be stronger with the bow. But not as strong as an SoS+7 spear will be.

- Low level SP farmers farm faster with bow, and don't have nukes yet.

Hybrid?

The magic balance will give you more damage from your imbue. But the low phsyical balance ruins your crits once again.

Bows win with crits. No crit = no win.

True..Archers with no crits suck :\
I ran away and survived a capped archer when im only 4x and i only have 2k HP.
He killed me with a crit though.
If he didnt crit me i would have got away XD

i had a pure int bower once and i can tell you this, every unique kill i went for, i got. Its strongbow when in zerk with crit does way more then any nuke i ever had.

im not agreed with everyone about the critical.

Let's do a little math :
as far as i know, pure int has 52%/96%, pure str has 97%/28% str/int balance.
For a bow, mag = 1.6 * phy power
Now let's call phy power = X , mag power = Y = 1.6X
For a pure Str bow : 97%X + 28%Y = (97 + 28*1.6)%X = 141.8X
For a pure Int bow : 52%X + 96%Y = (52 + 96*1.6)%X = 205.6X

So pure Int is 205.6/141.8 = 1.45 times deal more dmg than pure Str

with critical: (double of phy power)
bow str dmg : 141.8X + 97X = 238.8X
bow int dmg : 205.6X + 52x = 257.6X

So int 257.6/238.8 = 1.08 times stronger than str.
Normal damage is higher, critical is higher too, so what's your conclusion?

U always said that critical suk because u always compare critical with normal damage without realizing that the normal damage was already higher than bow str.

And dont say my math is wrong coz im very good in math!!!

I didnt suggest u go pure int because of the low HP. But note that your nuke is always higher than your weapon skill. So what's the goal of using bow as int?

In pvp even str or int, u'll lose 1vs1. So for fast leveling, i'd suggest go hybrid bow.
