screen shot not needed ( i recommend not to send any screen shots..takes more time to check all reports) only use screen shots if its about a game/engine bug.
Name
Server
Location (x/y)
Time (gmt? cet? and so on)

Alls Joymax need is the username of the botter and the server location. Joymax wont bother wasting their time watching the video and picture. Dont bother wasting your time recording a video and taking pictures when you could just send a bug report with their username and server location. Besides, I have posted many bug reports on bots, but did Joymax bother wasting their time look at thousands of bug reports on bots? No.

I could think of quite a few reasons for it:

1. Because people keep using bug report to send such messages as "OMG I HAEV BEEN LIEK HACKED N U SUXX FOR LETTIN IT HAPPN WTF" and the GM's have to spend all days reading that.

2. Because people are spamming botters of all servers, and at the moment there are only a few GM's available, and these are'nt actually investigating bot reports 24/7.

3. When a GM goes to see if a player is indeed botting, he usually appears next to the supposed botter, and asks him to speak or he will be punished. Considering the majority of botters sits close to their PC and watches The Oprah Winfrey show while this happens, they notice a GM is talking to them, turns off the bot and sais "hello" and all is well.

Here is a pic to remind you of how (3) works, and why the people you report arent usually banned.

4. Lately, thousands of accounts have been banned.
And still, there has been none or next to no GM-sightings.
Like it sais on Joymax website:
Quote:
During today's weekly server inspection period, unlike the previous process of GM's investigating bot users directly, bot users that have been checked by the system have been punished altogether.

They are using some sort of automatic system check for bots.

time for a bot report tutorial then

Title: bots on (servername)

level bots (1-20)
location (x-0 y-0)
names (SP)
time (cet? gmt? and so on)
MOST IMPORTANT THING not all bots grind 24/7 and this is perfect for babysitters if they don`t respond on your pm`s they probably wont babysit when a gm is near

and please report when you at least know 10 a 20 bots
spamming bug report is probably one of the first reasons why joymax did not check the bots regularly

remember that the gm`s are not the ones who check bug reports.

recording them is only good for the community for those so called "I DON`T BOT" kinda people.
Joymax probably use some kind of packetsystem to detect them same system that detect if a gm is near you in bots.
So credit for this goes to the makers of Srobot. xD

Uhm, that pink Notice text is a prompt by the bot program?
Because when i first saw a screeny of that, i thought it's the GM himself giving out a warning>.<

Well, if bot programs can even detect if a GM is around, Joymax should also device some technology that could detect if someone's using something that's supposed to be illegal...and that's what i think they're doing now.
And i do notice some botters in my grinding area disappear, and when i pm them, "cannot find" But just now, i'm beginning to see new botters again...im not really sure if they are coz i haven't yet seen them stuck on walls, but they don't pick up the jewelry boxes, just leave them scattered on the ground=/
