Hey, I just reached lvl 20 and I was trying to get from the bandit stronghold to jangan using a begginner teleport scroll. I get the message The requested order can not be processed.. So i walk al the way to jangan, and try to teleport to theif town by talking to the girl and giving her 2000 gold. I get the message The requested order can not be processed. Please help this is pissing me off! I was so happy i go tolvl 20 and i get an ERROR! =P please help

You have taken a quest in which you need to run/ride on a horse to another town. During these quests, all forms of teleporting are blocked.

Do the quest or abandon it.
