Silk hats and blue stuff

Anyone knows can str and int be added to silk hats? Stupid gold flag has 2str and 2int, which is nice... But since I bought the ..... Black Tiger hat I want shit on it. Free flag has blues, and silk hat nothing. *loves JoyMax*

Just try to alchemize the thing

It will probably say no if you can't (for exampe you can't drag a acc.stone to alchemy when there's a weapon there.

I don't think you can alchemize any item that's made for the event slot.
