yes it is rather nice  . GJ on the BR there, go for 23!!(maybe only 22...) however i think it's missing a couple lbue, not sure though. oh and ewww at those reinforces, get them up for sure

lol im' not aprecaitive, or not that much, because i've seen better BRs and better base stats in SoSuns of course. and held them. its very nice, but not earth shattering. (oh and BR 21 on an SoM is the same as BR 18 on a non SoM)

I don't see how a higher BR on one shield is the same as a lower BR on a different shield. If you consider BR to be a percentage, then you'd block that percentage of attacks (taking this from the Bicheon passive). So in that case, the higher BR is always more preferable.
