I'm using Win7, and I wanna edit my host file to .26 and .27 to be able to log in fast cuz its almost traffic everytime in my server. is there any possible way to change it? cuz its access denied. My user account is in administration mode.

28,29,30 seems to have long queue and most of the time stop connecting.

normally if the autorelog doesn't stop working you only get in around 30mins max, but often in server 28,29,30 2/3 times auto relog stops working, whereas my friends ingame use 26 or 27 get in the game in 5mins max.

I ran into the same problem. All you have to do is drag the hosts file onto your desktop, then edit the document, then drag the file back into it's original spot. Worked like a charm with me.

Nah, you can just drag the whole file onto the desktop. So in a sense the file will just transfer itself onto the desktop. Then edit and press save, then drag it again.

I think jyushinshuu already knows where to find the file. The problem was editing it.
