what would be the purspose of an ingame bot,,,,,if it is about levling problems, why not just change exp rate to 3-8x the normal rate....

Wrong, if it's not against their rules and is using in-game mechanics, it is still Legit lol. This will make almost all of SRO Legit. No 3rd Party Software.
