Dull should be changed to include a damage over time as well as slowing people down.

What does it matter? All the Big jerks in PvP just pill it off. They justify their victory over somebody that doesnt even use them. Statuses like Dull, bleed, and all the rest of the debuffs are pointless. The one that pays the most wins the PvP.

Debuffs = useless ?
I dont know about you but people who just spam their force debuffs one after the other, is simply stupid.
Bleed = useless ?
Bleed is nearly as got as division, if you are smart enough you would know this. A blader can get on bleed so fast, it would be stupid to pill against it. If someone does so he will get farked by every force blader, that actually uses his brain.

Pills dont get you the win and its not like glaive doesnt have enough skills to get on dull.

Apparently you don't seem to get it =_=. People spend millions just to buy enough pills so they never stay in debuff status long enough for it to be rendered useful. Thats not to go for everybody, not everybody cares that much about PvP. In those cases, yes, its useful. But when you're fighting TR_TURK_TR, your debuffs are just 20k per status.

It makes sense imo. Blader can lower your defence, bow can constantly knock you back and lower your attack rating, and glaive? Glaive can slow you down... Big deal.

Add a damage over time to it, 2000 damage over 10 seconds for example, and it will be a viable debuff.

glavie have alot advantages.. i dont think thats very necessary to make dull have "Dmg" or s/s and bladers will also do "Dmg" with dull (new chain)

That's why I win like 80-90% on my pvp's on my force bower...Sure it can be pilled off but they will have to choose. Survive and not kill me, or die while trying to kill me.

Negative!
Pill spammers are pretty easy to kill, all you have to do.. say for a warrior / cleric is put bind or dull on them. They pill it off, you do sudden twist for bleed then daredevil and they can't pill it off for 20 seconds :)
Just need to outsmart your opponents.

Yep, I just put impotent on them, if they pill it off I can put division/decay and they're dead. If they pill division/decay (using the pill bug/glitch) I just put impotent and they'll do shit damage. Sometimes they use their bot for auto use of puri pills, then I just put weaken (a useless debuff for me since I'm pure str), they pill and then I can put division/decay and impotent on them. They got no chance this way.

worst part about dull is that it dosen't slow down the dps like it should:( . it only slows them from running back after a kb or something. it's like frostbite just need a special pill.

Well, maybe they are useful now, since the level cap is higher, so does the skills, but we didn`t get any new pill or pots... So, the new skills can get a lvl 10 debuffs, and pills are only till` lvl 9.. So it doesn`t matter that the player uses those pills, he still won`t get it totally off him.

Dull is bugged anyway..Skills do not take longer and never will (even with ice). All skills have a set time for each cast, most noticeable when using chains while under dull status.

Here's how it breaks down imo:

Bich- Lowers def seeing as bladers hit the weakest out of all 3 weps.
Bow- Kb allowing them to recover and keep going until that crit appears.
Heuk- Already has high dmg as well as high hp. Dull goes good with it as it slows opponent down allowing you more time to pot back up. Considering, Bow has stun and kb, glaive has stun, kb, and dull. Their constant high dmg makes it a bit fairer for them to not have the constant kb.

I didn`t say you have to be 10D to pvp. I said that IF you pvp on 100 lvl, and use the new skills with lvl 10 debuffs, the pills won`t get it down right away.

dull should amplify damage from certain skills of the heuksal and possibly bicheon tree as per warrior's triple swing etc.

this would make more sense for ppl to actually find a use for dull in their strategies.

I'm no expert, but I would guess that Counter will give dmg return.
Pacheon is also getting the new series "Sky". Sky doesn't give alot of info so I can't guess what it would do.

Actually, Dull is pretty useful against bladers. If you notice, when get Frozen or Dull status, bladers got a hard time to do a double of double down stab.
