Most bard's skills has no pre-delay.

Oh yes. Bards are incredible ks'ers lol. At ongs, nothing is faster, or atleast as far as I've seen. Maybe a level 100 Nuker with shouts.... lol.

at 90 cap a bard was better overall, but if a bard/nuker are at the same spot, the nuker will ks the bard with lion shouts.

I think nukers can 1 hit pt ongs this cap, if true a bot nuker will be faster then a bot bard
