This thread is mainly for those who are sick of threads with trolls, bots, nonames getting to lvl 100 and of course those who feel iSRO isn't balanced yet.

If you want to add some suggestions, please add some pro's and con's. If you want to critize, do it in a constructive way. Okay let's start.



Reverse Oblation/Immolation:
the skill now: A cleric ressurection skill (10s cooldown) starting from lvl 60 till 100. It gives on top of an instant 100% Hp ress a 2 min buff with 45%-75% Hp increase, 45%-75% Dmg absorb and a constant 50% dmg reduction.
the problem: non ending "Black Party Wars"
especially (Full Str.) Clerics, bad status inflicter, wizard in life, potting chinese meat walls
possible solutions: 1. Hardcap the Skill at around 50% Hp increase / dmg absorb
2. add to the existing buff a bad status like combustion with reduced mp - pool and/or loosing mana over time and/or increased mp-costs

consequences: 1. the skill would be barely the same with the same problems, but you have a higher chance to kill
2. With this change people are forced to cancel the buff, if they dont want to run out of mp. So if you want to keep the buff you need a high mp pool and/or a good bard (teamwork).


Holy Spell:
the skill now: party buff against bad status
the problem: virtual nearly full immunity against all bad status (if it's the same lvl, excluding bleed,stun,petrify), in group pvp there is at least 1 (sub) cleric in each party
possible solution: "kSRO idea"
reducing the effectivity to 50%
consequences: bad status builds like warlocks, chinese ice-builds would be much stronger (bad?), bad status remove skills would be more important (teamwork), pimping your accessories is crucial, (special) pills are even more important now, group pvp is getting less dmg focused


As addition I think holy word should stay as it is now or shouldn't be as nerfed as Holy Spell. Maybe like 80% or something like that. But iam not sure about this point.

my last point is about "Outsiders" or non-job Resser/Buffer:
the problem: Outsiders are able to ress/buff/heal people in job-suit without wearing a jobsuit and a penalty
Solution: Outsiders are getting a 5min Bad Status which makes them vulnerable for the opposing jobforce.
So lets say a cleric is ressing a thief, so the cleric gets a buff "Thieffriend". Now the "Thieffriend" is vulnerable for Hunters and Traders, but he can't fight back (very important). You are able to get the 2 bad status at the same time, too.
consequences: Endless Outsider job-wars are history. But you are still able to help a friend.


Well, those are the most important things i can think of atm. And yes i know Moneymax wont do anything. :roll:

A better change for Reverse Oblation would be to give it a 2 minutes cooldown time.

Obligation is a nice idea..

Apart from that i dont agree with the rest. However, i think the Holy Spell should NOT be a party skill. This obliterates Warlocks in pvp.. becuase 95% of players may not be buffed by clerics.. but almost certainly has Holy Spell.

why is it better than my suggestions ? IMO 2minutes would make the skill useless, 20-30s would be something realistic.

erm and what should it be then (you have already a single target skill: Holy Word)? Warlocks would benefit from the my suggested change.

And if you say, you dont agree with the rest. What is wrong with my pvp suggestion?
