>> Lag issue
We would like to inform you that choppiness during the game such as lag can be caused by various internal elements.
As an example, hardware and system-related problems can cause choppiness.
Problems can be caused by your PC's CPU, memory, graphics driver, etc. As well, the operational environment of the PC, the internal server problems and the extremely high number of users etc. can cause lags.
Examples of lag causes:
1. Virus and/or malicious code -> Solution: Scan and cure.
2. Overloading and crashing due to multiple application programs -> Solution: Minimize the number of applications running.
3. Internet line speed delay -> Inquire of internet service provider
-Note) Internet line speed website: National Information Society Agency > Speed Test page
The causes mentioned above are given as an example. Identification of a precise cause is difficult as there can be a variety of reasons.
Please optimize your PC and confirm the system requirements for the game before playing the game.
>> Bots in game:
We would like to inform you that we are not going to stop getting rid of bots in game. It is one of the reasons why we have server inspection. Thank you for letting us know your concern for this issue. We are taking this into consideration and rest assured that we will do our best to banned and remove bots in game.
