Magic Pop Rewards?

When do the rewards change in the magic pop thing, these have been there for 2 days on alex.
Do they change when someone wins them on the server?

i know they don't change when someone wins them..b/c theres alrdy like 3 sun swords and 5 sun staffs on Venice after the 1st day...blehhhhhhhh

They Said something about them changing on the homepage. I think it's like every Inspection.
