Where to buy NPC 10d weapons?

I looked in jangan and in hotan,I cant find 10degree weapons in any blacksmith.

You can't buy them in an npc only drops.

OT: You cant buy them anywhere cos Joymax decided not to include 10D npc stuff.

Thats impossible since there it is no 10Dgr in NPCs
