Tibet has active pvp / job... Even tho in my time fuse it's hard to connect...

Usually in some new servers it's easy to find nice people and low lvls...

It's really hard to choose for you...

It is in the abundance of Turks, Egyptians, and Germans. Its absolutely terrific. There is no decent PvP, because no one can play their characters. And you cannot find a turk or beggar free guild.
Dont ever start on persia.. ever.. it will just **** you up.

If you're coming to a new server Iris might be a good choice, easiest to log in server according to rev6. I'm playing there right now it's not bad, Jangan and Const are crowded with new players.

Gaia is good too. I just didn't stay there because many of the legits aren't logged in when I'm on so it gets boring, but it might be good for you.
