Question is for everyone. Especially those with sun that everyone seems to want.

Never, unless there is a reason to.. what's the point? if you got keylogged and changed your password without knowing about it they get your secret answer.. but if you just get "hacked" and stripped, at least you can change your pw from another computer and salvage some of your account.

If you have a very secure password, I don't see how changing it often to another secure password is going to help :|.
btw I'm pretty sure that keyscrambler program doesn't work against keyloggers installed on your computer, I have it too.. pretty sure it's just for encrypting passwords etc so noone would be able to intersect and read it, if you didn't know that already that is.

No need if you're follow the basics of what Joymax tells you.. in fact everywhere you sign up an account says the following usually.

1)Don't share account info
2)Never give away passwords
3)Don't download 3rd party programs

You can still get keylog if u don’t use 3rd party programs. Lets say ur gonna download a movie on the internet. That movie might have an attachment on it like a virus or keylogger. Once u download it and open to view it the virus or keylogger is spread in ur pc. So if ur loggin in something like a game or account the keylogger will send ur account info to an email. The person who attach the keylogger will receive ur info. The only way u can avoid this is to have a good anti-virus that can alarm u if there is a threat.
You cant trust anything in this world even the game itself. :D

There is some where a topic made by me, its almost 2 years old i think.
I was making lots of gold with buying tabs, making them stones, and sell. It was still 80 cap(70 skills), i bought my very first sos(chest 69+5 armor full pimped), I had total of 300 mil, which was considered kind of high back then. I got hacked then, i had never changed my pw. I had never gave my pw nor email nor ID out to anyone, still, it happened to me. A week later, when my IRL friend found a sos 64 blade at karras. He set up a stall overnight, woke up at 4am, saw he was dced, but wow, the blade was gone for 110 mil oO, he logged back on, and WOILA, his account was stripped also.
Tho i was more lucky, the hacker(or whoever) took just my gold, sos chest, and all tabs/stones(PLENTY), but left me with my set :)

Sorry for my grammar lol.
OT: I suggest you to change your pw once in a month and put it just randomly like "sad9g687t" or make up a word like "c0mpu73r"

Never, my id and password are something like dhb58i43ht9/hf8h4398if98 (yeah, I had a hard time to remember, but this was nobody could ever guess it, and even if I ever get a key logger the guy wouldn't know it's my id and password because he's think I was pressing some skills or something in that way).

Yeah, because a guy putting a keylogger on something you illegally download will risk your silkroad account.

c'mon I doubt that guy would give a shit about your silkroad account and care more about snatching a credit card or a user/pass to something more like.. i dunno.. paypal? click n buy?

I suppose I should've added to the list.. legitly buy your stuff as well?

Perhaps it would depend on the keylogger. Some certainly can't be stopped by a piece of software. There are keyloggers that are just a device that you plug in to your keyboard. The keyboard plugs into the device, and the device into the computer - like an adapter - and that device logs everything you type. The person just has to come by later to pick up the device and pull data off of it.

Software can't stop that, because the keystroke signals haven't even reached the computer yet in order for an application to intercept and stop them.

That's some totaly different case. It's actually your own problem if you have such friends. ;)

not 100% true

just dont' be stupid and make your account names same as your character name or something predictable, and don't use your main email for your silkroad account, then you should be good

True, but either way, it is a keylogger that can't be stopped by any protection software that I'm aware of.

Besides, the user might not have friends like that, but maybe a mysterious ninja that lurks about the town popping hardware keyloggers onto innocent bystander's computers when they're not looking. *looks around suspiciously*

what's the point...

more you use joymax site, more risk you take... you already know the site isnt exactly safe...

hardware keylogger is easy to prevent... look at computer, see something you didnt see yesterday? its keylogger...
