Well, I was just curious to know how much/many of each exercise ya'll do. Ya'll could add whichever I didn't mention to the list.


Me:

Sit-ups: 100
Crunches: 50
Cardio: 1-3 miles
Push-ups: 50 (yes, I'm that lazy :P)
Pull-ups: ~20 (but I don't do them very often)

None... I need to get back on track I keep telling that to myself
I used to spend 3-5 hours a day at the gym and a bit less at saturday just playing polo or tennis and working out till last year, now I'm all skinny and I don't like it but I don't do anything about it either so.. oh well

Well a bit maybe, I've been playing MMOs since I was 12 years old and it never affected me in that way, what killed me was smoking mixed with work and family issues in the past 2-3 years, meaning I'm smoking more everyday...

I'm a bit off lately, usually run some distance when i have spare time, and play soccer three times a week.

But soccer is on it's 'winter break'.

And my running isn't well.. happening.

bench, 3 sets rising weight
flys, 4 sets same weight
military press, 3 sets rising weight
curls, 6 sets same weight
tri's, 3 sets same weight

5 pull ups, 100 sit ups and 20 push ups,
then 20 mins on the bike

(now i just gotta diet)

I've been running a lot lately, normally 10-20 mins, sometimes I just walk if i'm asthma-y.
Situps.. dont do then. Pushups, normally like 20 twice a day cause im weak lol.

push ups - 50
crunchs - 30
quad dips - 20
cardio probably about 2 miles

and a bonafide martial artist so thats my work out really practicularly when i aint martial art training i do the above :D :)

my work out:

Well, I give my thumb quite a good work-out with changing channels, my whole hand with controlling my mouse, both hands with typing on this thread, my neck with flipping my hair out of my face,
and ofcorse, training my arms with opening a bag of crisps and that sorta stuff, enough workout for me to be lying around on the bench all day... lovely...

yes, I do less to nothing about my workout, but I'm really going to the gym next year, I promise! I'm going with a friend of mine, and the gym is close, but I can't get to there untill next year, so...
I'll fill in some serieous shit when I'm actually going there, m'kay?

.. Your workout makes no sense. you obviously don't push yourself at all.
If you're able to do 20 pull ups, you should be doing at least double of everything else.

Best way to do it is to just keep going until you simply can't anymore.

I do everyday..

a variety of different crunches usually with my legs up bent and crossed with 20lb weight on my chest i do 3 sets of 60 and 5 sets of 25 pushups

in the summer ill be doing cardio workout to shed the fat over the abs, i cant run in the winter cold..

well this week I've been swimming 14k-15k yards a day..

7.30-10.00 swimming

11:30-12:20 some lifting at the gym. Benching curls triceps pull ups etc

2:30-5:00 swimming again

I come back and I'm dead
