I didn't realize I lost about 18lbs in about 2 months. I went from weighing 185lbs bulked out to 167lbs this afternoon. Most of the weight loss is fat. I'm extremely surprised how much weight I have dropped. Strength has dropped a little in some of my lifts but I can max 400lbs on deadlifts.
