anyone know how Skype works in terms of calling real phones? (not online video conference calls to another Skype account). It charges money, but how does it charge it? is it gonna be included in my internet bill if I use skype to call someone else's cellphone?

yes it costs to call real phones...you can top up your skype account,
using paypal or a credit card.

So {ElitePvper's} recomend use steam not that danger skype
